(Beaujolais, France)
A vibrant and expressive red wine made from 100% Gamay, 'Bibine' 2024 offers aromas of ripe red fruits, including strawberry and raspberry, complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it presents a fresh and juicy profile with a touch of earthiness and a smooth, mineral-driven finish. Light-bodied and easy-drinking, this wine is perfect for casual sipping or pairing with a variety of dishes.
Made in collaboration between Loïc Bulliat, who run this family estate covering 27 hectares across 8 different crus in the heart of the Beaujolais region, and Thomas Collonge who makes the wines in his family cellar in Morgon. The grapes are cultivated organically, and a minimal intervention approach is employed both in and out of the vineyard.
