This was a very special collaborative wine developed between Jan Klein of Staffelter Hof and Sam Guy, an Australian winemaker, after they each did a harvest at each others domaines. This wine is a must for the Riesling lovers and is an incredible varietal expression. Silky texture, bold fruit, pronounced aromatics, biting acidity and some of the best and most complex petrol notes we've ever encountered.

Made by Jan Klein, the latest generation at the helm on this historical estate which has been in the family since 1805, but operating as a winery since 862, making it one of the oldest business on the historical record. Jan began with classic Rieslings, but started to produce a special range of wines with no added sulphites in 2014. He continues to push boundaries year after year, undertaking significant future proofing projects such as his newer PIWI plantings.
