Sankt Laurent is a tricky grape to grow as it is so delicate, and also a tricky variety to really get right in the cellar. In the wrong hands it can be a bit overblown or austere. This wine is the wine that made us fall in love with the Schödl style. It is refined, delicate, juicy yet serious, spicy yet fruity. A fantastic balance. 

Made by the Schödl siblings Viktoria, Mathias and Leonhard, who took over a family estate, converted it to biodynamics, changed the style completely and are now one of very few producers rewriting the story of the Weinviertel with world class wines.
