Schödl Family - Rosé Supernova 2024

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Sankt Laurent 

The name Supernova was inspired by the brightness and vibrant almost neon colour of this rosé. This is a serious rosé, with bold fruit on the palate, a silken texture balanced with a slight creaminess, perfectly balanced with energetic minerality and prominent acidity. 

Made by the Schödl siblings Viktoria, Mathias and Leonhard, who took over a family estate, converted it to biodynamics, changed the style completely and are now one of very few producers rewriting the story of the Weinviertel with world class wines.
