Producer Spotlight (3 Pack)

Our producers are the backbone of what we do at Modal. They are all true artisans, driven by a shared passion for winemaking and innovative farming.

This month’s spotlight is on Slobodne from Hlohovec, Slovakia and the pack features the below wines:

• Vronski Reserva - Sauvignon Blanc that has been aged for two years, first in oak barrel and then for an additional year in terracotta to create a beautifully structured and textured white. 
• Majer Red - The estate's introductory red, made in a very unique way - a multi-vintage, multi-grape, multi-vessel blend that is unmistakably Slobodne. 
• Supermajer - Slobodne are masters of skin contact wines, and this incredible fruit-bomb orange Gruner Veltliner from 2018 more than proves those credentials.

These three bottle shine a bit more light on this special grower, and showcase Slobodne's unique approach and style.
