A great bottle of fizz is all energy and elegance. This is made in the ancestrale style, otherwise known as a pet nat, from the Gelber Muskateller grape, one of the many faces of Muscat Bland à Petit Grains. Aromatic, floral, and absolutely screams of summer. 

Josef now farms and vinifies 16 hectares’s worth of grapes, and continues to tweak and refine his natural farming practices and winemaking methods.
