This bottle of fizz is all energy and elegance. Made in the Ancestrale style, otherwise known as a pet nat, from the Gelber Muskateller grape, one of the many faces of Muscat Bland à Petit Grains. Aromatic, floral, and absolutely screams of summer. 

 Nibiru is currently the ambitious and groundbreaking project from Josef Schenter, located in the most northern part of the Kamptal region in Austria. Josef now farms and vinifies 16 hectares’s worth of grapes, and continues to tweak and refine his natural farming practices and winemaking methods.
