This is a very pure expression of Prosecco, fresh andvibrant with citrus fruit alongside notes of wild herbs and crunchy apples, a hint of bitter almond balanced with gentle creaminess and a generous finish. The estate is divided into 12 different plots, each vinified separately to retain the unique characteristics of the terrior, and each year they use the same plots to make this wine to best expresses their unique estate. 

Made by L’Antica Quercia, an organic and biodynamic estate that takes it's name after the ancient oak that overlooks the main vineyard. It's a rare estate working strictly organic and biodynamic, in a region known for a monoculture grape and widespread plantings. Through their commitment to biodynamic farming, and their very deliberate approach to winemaking, they are working to redefine modern Prosecco.
