La Calmette - Serpent à Plumes Blanc 2024

A lively and expressive white wine crafted from a blend of the rare grapes Noual (majority), Sauvignon Blanc, Sylvaner, and Chenin Blanc. The grapes are co-planted on a 0.8-hectare plot of 26-year-old vines, organically farmed on south-facing, clay-limestone slopes at the top of a hillside.

Domaine La Calmette was started in 2015 by Maya & Nicolas, a talented couple who bring not only a thorough knowledge of viticulture but also a meticulously researched scientific backbone to their natural wines. Explosive, bursting with life and vibrancy.
