Joiseph - Fogosch 2021

Unusual yet gorgeous expression of the Grüner Veltliner grape. The wine is fermented with 24 hours on the skins and aged in old barrels for one year, has a lovely texture, a bit of cloudiness, and a distinct precision and a finish that goes on and on. Fresh and complex at the same time, a must try. 

Joiseph is a collaboration between three friends that started with the 2015 vintage and has grown from a tiny hectare to nearly five hectares. The wines across the range are distinct, wildly exciting, and full of energy.
