This blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette is the ultimate Côtes-du-Rhône white: creamy richness, full-flavoured fruitiness, richly textured, fruity, yet very pure and soft with no oaked character as it was aged in an egg shaped concrete vat. A wine that consistently punches above its weight, very refined and perfect for the dinner table. 

Made by Elodie Jaume, a young winemaker who for the past 8 years has made all the wines for her family's estate Domaine des Chanssaud, though as of 2023 has converted the entirety of the estate to 'Domaine Elodie Jaume' to solidify her own ideas and her own style
