An extraordinary fortified wine born from the marriage of Colombard grape must with the estate’s own Armagnac. Since 1987, it has aged in a continuous solera system, layering vintages together to create remarkable depth and harmony. The result is complex yet vibrant, with notes of dried apricot, orange peel, honey, warm spice, and roasted nuts, balanced by freshness that keeps the wine lifted and alive. A singular expression, equally compelling as an aperitif or after a meal.

Made by the Rozès family at Château de Léberon, a historic Armagnac estate now run by twin sisters Sophie and Caroline. With a philosophy rooted in purity—no sugar, coloring, or additives—their winemaking remains elemental and honest, yielding wines of striking character and depth.
