50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier. A real crowd-pleaser, the first of her cuvées on we have with a bit of dosage - measured impeccably and making this her most accessible cuvée in both price and style.  Fresh, precise citrus and white-fruit flavours, with just a hint of minerality and ripe wheat and almond on the finish. 

Made by Marie-Laure Copinet, who since 2015 has steered her family estate in a bold new direction.  Her first step was to regenerate the soils by halting the use of synthetic products in the vineyards, before focusing the winemaking on a style centred around single vintage, single variety, and single vineyard Champagnes.  Working across three sub-zones of Champagne, the result is a diverse range of wines which express a rare elegance and purity and an exceptional blend of pleasure and precision.
