Casa de Mouraz - Pito Nat (Light Red Pet Nat) 2023

A vibrant light red Pet Nat made from 10+ co-planted red and white varieties. Much like it's namesake, their rooster Pito, this is a bright, splashy and unapologetically joyful wine. It's full of vibrant red fruit to match the amazing carmine colour, but the inclusion of white varieties gives it a lightness that makes it the perfect chillable sparkling red.

Made by the wonderful couple Sara Dionisio and Antonio Lopes Ribeiro, who started Casa de Mouraz in 2002 when they moved back from Lisbon to Antonio's native town of Mouraz in the Dão region. They aim to showcase their unique part of the world, and create wines that gently speak of their sandy granitic soils, their microclimate between two mountain ranges, and their unique collective energy.
