This is an absolute thriller of a wine, brimming with passion and energy. A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Delicate red fruit and a very distinctive savoury spice with an almost ethereal quality, perfectly balanced with vibrant acidity. 

Still at the very beginning of its story, Enmill Field already feels like one of the most exciting names in the UK wine scene. Ben Adams has worked with some of the best biodynamic vineyards in France, and when he returned to the UK he was able to acquire 8 hectares of family land, where he planted his first vines in 2020. The Mineral Geo Surfaces label features his photographs of flint fossils from Enmill Field, the lieu-dit where his vines grow, tiled into a flint-shaped pattern.
