100% Chardonnay, an amazingly complex and expressive wine that feels distinctly different from other English Sparklings. This most recent release uses the same reserve of 2022 and 2023 Chardonnay but this time re-fermented with juice from the ‘25 harvest.  The result is a stunning balance of aged complexity and bright freshness.

Still at the very beginning of its story, Enmill Field already feels like one of the most exciting names in the UK wine scene. Ben Adams has worked with some of the best biodynamic vineyards in France, and when he returned to the UK he was able to acquire 8 hectares of family land, where he planted his first vines in 2020. The Mineral Geo Surfaces label features his photographs of flint fossils from Enmill Field, the lieu-dit where his vines grow, tiled into a flint-shaped pattern.
