Sauvignon B is an incredible expression of Sauvignon, leading with a bold tropical nose, but balances this with a mouthwatering savoury complexity.  A stunning wine which manages to offer expressive immediacy and meditative intricacy at the same time.

Audrey as a winemaker is ‘living her third life’ after a storied career that has spanned from working as a wine merchant in Paris to growing vines in the Alsace. Returning to the Loire to start again, she began making wines in an abandoned rock quarry, producing only 5000 bottles a year and using organically-farmed negocé fruit that she buys from trusted farmers and friends. Her winemaking philosophy prioritises long maturation, and her wines are vinified without any chemical or mechanical intervention.
