Part fermented on its skins for 15 days, this is made from old-vine Xarel-lo Vermell. This is a natural mutation of the Xarel-lo variety, pink-skinned, almost between a white and a red, with thicker skins that make it well-suited for maceration, producing copper-hued wines. It's very light in colour, almost rose-gold, crisp and fresh yet so soft and drinkable.
